  • Type locality: Angola. Bié: 8 km. S. of Galangue [on road to Vila de Ponte], a component of the vegetation type named Geocryptosepalum by Gossweiler, a community of low-growing woody plants with almost no grass on sandy flats intercalated between Brachystegia forest and open grassy dambos.
