- Authority for current placement: Walter, 2001: 211 ('A third taxon, Sebaia rosacea Oudemans (1903: 171), was described from moss in the Netherlands but based on its diagnosis (e.g. hysterosoma with five pairs of small oval plates, each bearing a seta), it does not appear to belong to Terpnacaridae (probably Bimichaeliidae)')
