Semecarpus longipes Kosterm., Blumea 33(2): 349 (1988)

Type: Amdjah 508 ([6] September [1912], in flower; Holotype: BO {BO-0101084^(GBIF), BO-0101085^(GBIF), BO-0101086^(GBIF)}; cf. K {K003497470^(GBIF), K003497471^(GBIF)} [both determined with S. bunburyanus Gibbs by Ding Hou in August 1973], L.2280422 (L 0583202)^(GBIF) [determined as Semecarpus '(non bunburyanus)' by Kostermans in 1987]).
Type locality: [Indonesia.] Northern part of E. Kalimantan: Bulungan, Sebuku R. area.
Note: Kochummen (1996) ignores this species at all though paratypes include 2 collections [BNBFD 4022 (BO) and Clemens 26366 (BO)] from Sabah, Malaysia.
