дотеп
Ukrainian
Etymology
Inherited from Old Ruthenian довтепъ (dovtep), probably from Old Polish dowcip, ultimately from Old Czech dovtip, possibly from Proto-Slavic *těpati. Forms such as Old Ruthenian довципъ (dovcip) were definitely borrowed from Polish.
