หัวกะทิ

From หัว (hǔua, “head”) +‎ กะทิ (gà-tí, “coconut milk”), literally “coconut milk head”, as opposed to หางกะทิ (hǎang-gà-tí, literally “coconut milk tail”).

หัวกะทิ • (hǔua-gà-tí)

1. (cooking) coconut cream, the thick version of coconut milk, often obtained from the first pressings of grated coconut.
