Near homophonous pair between 淋病 (lam⁴ beng⁶) and 林鄭 / 林郑 (lam⁴ zeng⁶). Ultimately 林 (lam⁴)+鄭 / 郑 (zeng⁶), the former as her married surname (from Lam Siu-por) and the latter as her maiden surname.
