犯嘀咕

     Yǒuxiē shì bùnéng fàndígū. Tǎng zài nàlǐ xiǎng, yuè xiǎng yuè máfán, yuè xíng bùdé, yīdàn zuò chūqù, jiéguǒ qíshí yāgēn méi nàme xiàrén. [Pinyin]

     One shouldn't have misgivings about something. The more you lie there pondering, the more daunting it seems, making it harder to act. But once you go through with it, it's often not nearly as scary as you'd imagined.
