Add summit:cross to the natural=peak with one of the following values:

summit:cross=yes: there is a summit cross on or nearby this peak. Additionally, the cross may or may not be mapped as a nearby node withman_made=cross. Both tags can even be applied to the same node, if the cross is placed on the highest point.
