Babbling Tower

The Babbling Tower was an enormous tower of stone that rose from the wilderness near the homes of the Vinča people. Created by the idigam known as the Builder of Tongues, the tower altered the languages, memories, and personalities of those who drew near it. This effect radiated outward from it to an increasingly-large radius.[1]

This structure acted as a chrysalis for the Builder, and its interior reflected that: Rather than stone, it was a mixture meat, cartilage, thoughts, and words. The mere sight of it was sufficient to cause a breaking point.[1]

The exact fate of the tower is unknown, though its destruction is almost certain, either due to attempts to stop the Builder of Tongues or due to the Builder splitting it open after metamorphosing.[2]
