Bernard Hanson

Bernard Hanson is a marine first class under investigation by Howard Dobbs of the Naval Criminal Investigation Service for a series of deaths perpetrated by the Baykosh.

Overview

Late in 2002, Hanson had been spending time with a number of his company when the group was attacked by what Hanson described as "the Grim Reaper" and "all bones under wet skin"— the Baykosh. Frightened, he shot at the Baykosh to no avail. The ghost incapacitated Hanson before taking his gun and using it to kill the other men, taking the heart of one of them.

Following the deaths, Hanson came under investigation, as he was present at the scene and his gun had been the murder weapon.
