Howard Dobbs
Howard Dobbs was a naval criminal investigator looking into the deaths of a number of marines serving with suspect Bernard Hanson. Though Hanson described the Baykosh, the true killer, to him, Dobbs's response is unknown, as the recording of his interrogation cut off shortly thereafter.
