Black Wind
Black Wind is a Demon Art of the Kuei-jin. The user channels his P'o to enhance his speed. Essentially, Black Wind is a focused – or not so focused – frenzy. While in the Black Wind state, the character gains powers similar to prolonged use of Tainted Chi but because the character is in a continuous demonic fury, she gains demonic energy as fast as she uses it. Black Wind has many superficial similarities to the Kindred Discipline of Celerity.
Official Abilities
There are no individual powers for Black Wind until level 6. At that point, characters may choose to gain additional dices or learn a unique power. Included below are the official powers described in the Kindred of the East Companion. Sources are described below in the order they were printed.
Advanced Powers
- Divine Whirlwind: The Kuei-jin can strike in an instant, allowing him to hit his target multiple times before it can even respond

- Transcending The P'o: By using Yin chi, the Kuei-jin can calm his P'o, allowing him to rarefy his usage of the Black Wind
