Crescent Moon
The Crescent Moon is a set of Gifts specific to the Ithaeur. They focus on the exploration of and insight into the Shadow.
First Edition
Powers
Two-World Eyes: The Ithaeur can, unlike most Uratha, peer into one side of the Gauntlet while residing on the other.- Read Spirit: The Spirits of Luna are willing to grant the wielder insight into a targeted spirit.
- Gauntlet Cloak: The werewolf weaves the Gauntlet around himself, forming a cloak that shields him from notice.
- Between the Weave: Using this, an Uratha can slip across the Gauntlet near instantly, provided she is within the area of influence of a Locus.
- Crash the Gates: The Ithaeur is capable of extending the effect of Gauntlet Cloak to his allies.
Second Edition
Powers
- Shadow Gaze: This Facet forces the Shadow to spill forth its secrets before the baleful gaze of the Ithaeur.
- Spirit Whispers: The Ithaeur can whisper a command that stirs sleeping spirits to mutter their secrets.
- Shadow Hunter: When the pack howls the Hunt, it is the Ithaeur who leads the chase through the Shadow and who corners spirit-prey. This Facet can only be activated when the Ithaeur gains the Siskur-Dah Condition.
- Shadow Masquerade: The Ithaeur dons the Essence of a spirit like a mask. She passes amongst the denizens of the Shadow as one of their own.
- Panopticon: The Ithaeur opens the spiritual font of her Essence and reaches out with her consciousness. She leashes the denizens of the Shadow to serve as her eyes and ears.
