Elliot Shultz

Elliot Shultz was a car mechanic[1] who lived in the apartment currently inhabited by David Braughn and his mother.[2] Shultz suffered an agonizing heart attack in the apartment's sole bed before passing away minutes later. [1] This event was one of several that stained the location, turning it into a hotbed of spiritual activity.[1]
