Gail Wagner
Gail Wagner was a woman known to have carried a relic in the shape of a golden apple. Ultimately, it is she and her relic that precipitated the murders of Bob Jesten, Peter Sochowsky, Albert Wilson, and Lyle Grand.

A light-skinned blonde woman, Wagner met her lover Manny Romito at a party, after which he became something of a protector for her. It is debatable whether she was merely using him for that purpose. Following Romito's arrest and execution, Wagner found "another Manny".
Wagner continually displayed the apple to others, ensnaring them in its obsessive effects. This inevitably led to attempts to take it from her, sometimes by force, necessitating lethal force from Romito to prevent the theft. Naturally, these events caught the attention of multiple parties, among them Davey, Enoch, Lyle Grand and Peter Sochowsky, the latter two of whom were eventually killed by Wagner's "helpers".
Wagner met an end at Grand's hand, having shot her at the same time that he was shot.
