Georgia Welch

Georgia Welch keeps an apartment on the third floor at the Skyeline Apartments; she's fairly well-off. Her apartment is well-decorated, and she keeps a safe with valuables, which is electronically locked via her computer. Her apartment is likewise electronically locked.

Background Information

• In the Plus version of the Unofficial Patch, if her safe is accessed, then the security guard from the lobby will come up in the elevator and search the apartment.
• Georgia is never seen in the game. Her absence means she's the only inhabitant of the Skyeline Apartments who isn't dead by the end of the game: Simon Milligan, Sean Milton, Paul Anderson, and Hannah Glazer are all dead or are killed during the events of Bloodlines.
