Hive of the Boiling Sands

The Hive of the Boiling Sands is a Hive. About 20 years ago the Ratkin Nest was invaded by a pack of Black Spiral Dancers which murdered all of the Ratkin. As a cost of claiming the Hive, it now contains a portal to the Cavern of Osiris (A realm inhabited by the Vhujunka). Two members of the pack were tortured to death by the realm's denizens before the pack's Theurge was able to partially reseal the gate.[1]
