- Entries in the Characters, Conversations, and Lore sections are acquired through speaking with the NPCs in Elysium in between matches.
- Entries in the Collectibles section are acquired through collecting Octahedron objects during matches, with the exception of the "Personal Mementos" subsection, which are objects located in Elysium.
- Entries in the Items section are acquired through a combination of finding the items scattered throughout the Elysium and speaking with NPCs.
- Entries in the Locations section are acquired through visiting that location in the Elysium or on the map for the first entry, with further entries unlocked through cumulative time spent in the respective locations.
- Entries in the Tutorial section are available after starting the game.
