Matatoshi Joto

Matatoshi Joto is a member of the Wave Men, acting as their face. He is currently active in Tokyo.

Overview

Joto was raised by law-abiding parents who saw great value in being model citizens. As he grew, however, Joto came to despise modern Japan and, thus, following its strictures. Rather, he attached himself to the notion of what Japan once was — how he felt it should be again. To that end, Joto has joined the Wave Men, a motorcycle gang ostensibly seeking that cultural restoration.
