Peter Eckhart

Carl Winter, is a Ghoul and manager for the Purgatory Bar.[1]

Biography

Peter was one of a number of musicians who played at Purgatory when the club first opened in the sixties, and he soon developed a fast friendship with Jean-Marie on the basis - strange at it may seem - of their similar backgrounds. Peter was an orphan, left on a church doorstep by a mother he never knew. His early life was spent in a variety of institutions, with no one to call family and nowhere to call home. Music was an escape for him and a means to realize at least some of his dreams - to have a place to belong and people to love him. Although Peter no longer plays very often (psychedelic, not punk, is his style), he has become like a son to Jean-Marie, and in Purgatory he has found a place to belong. Rumors are that it cannot be long before Jean-Marie requests the right to Embrace Peter as his Progeny. He is the manager of Purgatory and deals with most matters before they ever reach his master.
