Scott (VTMB)
Scott was an associate of Beckett's, who Beckett had asked to investigate the Ankaran Sarcophagus at the LA Public Library.
Scott noticed another Kindred in the Library, seemingly stepping from shadow to shadow, and decided to tail him. The Lasombra visited the Ninth Circle Tenement. Scott tried to follow, but was prevented from entering by the guard, Jumbles. Soon after, the prince's agent entered, and Jumbles fled, eventually ending up in Santa Monica's Smoke Shop.
Another night, Scott followed the Library Lasombra to Brothers Salvage, possibly to speak to the Caitiff staying there, but the Lasombra returned to the Library via a cab.
Scott sent a message to Beckett asking him for help, with plans to wait for him in the Smoke Shop, in hopes of encountering Jumbles there. Jumbles left, prompting Scott to leave a note instead of waiting, and followed Jumbles to the end of the Santa Monica Pier. Unfortunately, the pier was a trap, and Scott was captured and taken to the Library.
