Steven Fallow

Steven Fallow is a hematologist and admirer of Federico Rizzetti who came into possession of his Apparatus following the death of the previous owner, Randolph Meriwether.

Overview

“ Oh dear. I'm afraid a transfusion is our only recourse. ”

A naturally awkward and bumbling individual, this century-old doctor plays into that personality trait to put his potential victims at ease. Behind that gawky man is a cunning mind sharpened by experience and pointed at anything that can satisfy his sanguine cravings.

Though originally only targeting criminals, Fallow has been turning to darker and darker deeds to remain alive. Currently, he is experimenting on vampire blood, attempting to see if said blood mixed with the Apparatus's bacteria will be sufficient to aid him.
