Note: for P. causa this mispelling is linked to the english edition of Seitz work, with causa in page 38 instead of cauca, meanwhile the correct name cauca is present in german edition in page 38 and french edition in page 39. This has been the cause of errors when using english edition: for ex. in Lepindex, in Funet, see also text in Simmons and Weller, 2006.
