How to tag a light rail route relation ?

Use one relation for each direction, so you need 2 relations for a light rail line.

wheelchair	`yes` / `no` / `limited`	Indicates if the light rail on the route are suitable for wheelchairs. (optional)
colour	ex: red / #FFEEDD	The "official" colour for the light rail route. Identifiers in some cities. (optional)

Add all tracks railway=light_rail to the relation as members.
