Bereaved
The Bereaved are the Bound whose Burden is having lost someone dear to them — to the point that there was no recovery, no means to move on.

The Bereaved were so tied to those they cared for that even death could not break the bond. Having returned, these Sin-Eaters often take to planning their way into the Underworld so as to find them again; others take the view that fate will bring their loved one to them in time.
Interestingly, the geists drawn to Bereaved Sin-Eaters are rarely similar in temperament, lacking the downtrodden personality common to this Burden; rather, they are the adventurous, confident sort.
