Form (DTR)

A Form is a specific categorization of Deviant beyond Origin and Clade. Forms augment the nature of a Deviant's Variations and Scars.

Overview

No two Broken are exactly alike, but some Remade are more unlike their kind than others. By default, a Deviant has a single, nearly human mind, his Variations do not possess a will of their own, his condition is not contagious, and he is a Renegade who is not directly responsible for his Divergence. Forms represent cases where some or all of these are not true.

Forms are not mutually exclusive, and they are applied when a Deviant is Remade.

Forms

  • Amalgam: Deviants created from a seamless combination of multiple sapient beings.
  • Devoted: Deviants who remain loyal to a conspiracy.
  • Self-Made: Deviants who are their own Progenitors.
  • Supersoldier: Deviants created to be perfect soldiers.
  • Symbiote: Deviants who share a body with another consciousness with its own motives.
  • Transmissible: Deviants whose condition is contagious and can spread to others.
