Inspiration (CTL)

This Contract is commonly used by changelings of the Court of Blood. Through the use of the Contract of Inspiration, the caster is capable of spreading his passion to those who hear his words. The more dots the changeling has invested in the Contract, the further the range of the Contract’s effect.

Fairest gain a bonus for impromptu performances, instinctively finding the right words at the right time; Beasts can affect fauna with their speeches; and Wizened find exceptional success more readily when writing speeches for another.
